About this Event
THE BRIDGE BETWEEN WORLDS
Join Grace Cunningham, Reiki Master, and Ezra Schroer, Parkour & Gymnastics Coach + Energy Guide & Breathwork Facilitator, for an evening of light, movement, breath, sound and Reiki on November 1.
We’ll be honoring Samhain, a pagan holiday where the “veil” between the physical world and the spiritual world is thin. The animal guide we chose for the event theme is the Crow- Crow is a spiritual messenger, easily carrying messages from the ancestors and moving between worlds.
This is an evening for honoring those who came before us, and for facing the darker days of the year without fear. We’ll go over energy protection, connecting with your spirit guides, dancing, breathwork, and receiving a Reiki meditation.
The flow of the evening will be PROTECT → OPEN → GROUND → RECEIVE
Visualize Your Light
We'll begin with a guided meditation to visualize your own light, and teaching energy protection before anything else.
Dance With the Ancestors
From there, we move. Dancing can be seen as a way to connect with and honor our ancestors, opening the bridge between our world and theirs. The dancing will be intuitive, and there's no right way to move and nothing to perform.
Breathwork
Guided breathwork to clear your energy and lay the groundwork to receive.
Sound Bath + Reiki
Settle onto your mat for a sound bath while Grace offers Reiki. Then we'll drop into silent receiving together.
Who is this for?
No previous experience with movement, breathwork, sound healing, meditation or Reiki is needed. Everyone is welcome, all ages. If you’re looking for an intentional way to connect on Samhain and enjoy safe, healing community, this is it.
