About this Event
In this workshop, we will explore the body as text, discovering profound meaning through precision, presence and collective focus.
We will investigate the ever-expansive capacities of breath, voice, and body for the Actor, informed by The Suzuki Method of Actor Training (Japan), The Method of Theodoros Terzopoulos (Greece) and new performance methods developed by . Participants will engage in a rigorous, body-centred approach to performance, investigating both the internal and external theatrical landscapes.
Blending structured form with improvisational tasks, this workshop invites performers to expand their physical and vocal vocabulary, and to examine the relationship between discipline, imagination, and collective creation.
