Hello everyone,
Which whisky would you go back for? On Friday 27 November, we’ll revisit some of the whiskies you rated highest at our 2026 tastings and pour them alongside one another. Seven deliciously unique whiskies, tasted side by side, at Hadley’s Orient Hotel.

The Best of 2026 — Tasted Side by Side
Think of it as our Ultimate Gold Medal Tasting: a chance to see whether your favourite still comes out on top when it’s in the company of seven stand out whiskies from Scotland, Japan and Ireland. We have selected impressive and rare independent bottlings, big sherry bombs and some unique cask influences. Salivating yet?!?
The lineup: The Glendronach, Benriach, GlenAllachie, Akkeshi, Knockdhu, Writers’ Tears and an Islay selection bottled by Càrn Mòr.
I’ll share the stories behind the bottles, and we’ll have time to compare notes and see which dram gets your vote.
Whether you joined us earlier in the year or this is your first tasting with us, you’re very welcome to our final event for 2026.

Tickets: $75 per person, including light platter and 7 x 15mL pours
