Visit The Bedford Swan Wedding Fair on Sunday 24 January 2027 at The Swan Hotel and Thermal Spa, The Embankment, Bedford, Beds, MK40 1RW. The fair begins at 11:00 am.
The Swan Hotel and Thermal Spa is in historic Bedford beside the River Ouse. Built in 1794 for the 5th Duke of Bedford, the hotel combines period architecture with a riverside outlook.
The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies, with the ceremony and reception able to take place in one location. Overnight accommodation is available. The official fair page also describes experienced wedding coordinators, bespoke wedding support and wedding packages.
Expect around 30+ wedding businesses, giving you the chance to meet experienced professionals, compare ideas and make useful decisions in one visit. Fashion shows are a key part of the Wedding Exhibitions UK experience, showcasing bridalwear and often menswear, bridesmaids and occasionwear. Live music and entertainment bring further ideas to life, while wedding professionals are on hand with practical advice and exclusive show offers.
Pre-register through Eventbrite or wedexuk.co.uk before you visit. One ticket admits your entire bridal party. Free parking is available for visitors, making it easy to bring your partner, family or wider bridal party along for the day.
