Austin is getting its very own swing line dance!! 💃🕺Keli helped us find just the right song, then Whitney and Kari choreographed the routine, "The Austin Jump"!

The dream? That this becomes an Austin thing. A routine we can bust out at dances, teach to new folks, and keep doing for years to come. Maybe every Thursday at the Syndicate?! WHO KNOWS. DREAM BIG.
We're planning a big community debut at this year's Austin Lindy Exchange (ALX)! But first... we gotta learn the dang thing.
Your first chance is November 1st in a workshop style with Whitney!

💰 Pay what you can! Donations to help cover the studio rental and the time we've put into this are very much appreciated, but absolutely no pressure. We just want you there!
We'll break down the choreography, dance it a bunch, probably laugh at ourselves a little, and get everyone ready for the big ALX debut!
Can't make it? Fear not. We've got more opportunities to learn:
⭐ Nov 3 & 10: Kari will be teaching the routine during her Tuesday Lindy Launchpad classes! (that's this event page).
* This is a standard Tuesday Class, so it is $5.
* We usually go to Torchy's Tacos across the street for dinner first around 7pm, feel free to join!
* We usually go to Nosh and Bevvy afterwards until about 11pm, we'd love to have you there as well!
⭐ Video tutorial: We'll film and share a tutorial so you can learn at home, practice in your kitchen, force your roommates to watch... whatever works.
⭐ ALX debut: We'll all dance it together at Austin Lindy Exchange!
And just to be clear, this isn't JUST about ALX. We want this dance to stick around. To become one of those little traditions that makes the Austin swing community ours.
