Guided by our expert instructor, Owner of Symphony of Leaves Tea, Renee Rubens, you’ll explore a curated selection of premium loose-leaf teas, herbs, and botanicals while learning the fundamentals of flavor pairing and balance.
Each guest will:
- Taste and compare a three different base teas and natural ingredients sourced from around the world.
- Learn all about the tea industry and simple techniques to design your own signature blends.
- Handcraft two custom tea blends to package and take home.
