Philosophers like Machiavelli and renowned speakers such as Obama know exactly what it takes to convince people. But it’s not always a talent that has to come naturally, persuasion is a skill that can be learned. It involves sensing the needs and emotions of others and responding accordingly. In this training, you will learn how to effectively influence and persuade colleagues and clients. What is rhetoric and how does it help? And how does power work? With insights from psychology and philosophy, you’ll come across with more confidence and negotiate more effectively.

In just one day, you will learn how to apply influence in a respectful and receptive way. You’ll develop the skills to persuade others more effectively and discover how to leverage your own personality in the process.
