After two successful editions, join us for another hands-on experience celebrating one of Ecuador’s most iconic dishes.
Cook alongside Chef Jorge and discover what makes Ecuadorian ceviche different from selecting and preparing the ingredients to creating the perfect balance of citrus, acidity, freshness and spice.
You’ll prepare your own ceviche step by step, learn the techniques and stories behind the dish, and finish by sitting down to enjoy your creation.
