Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon of cacao, connection and sound at Silk Mill Studios, a beautiful former textile mill in the heart of Frome.
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a space designed for rest, reflection and connection. Together, we'll share ceremonial-grade cacao before journeying inward through guided meditation, conscious breathwork and meaningful conversation. The afternoon will finish with a deeply immersive sound bath using alchemy crystal bowls, chimes and healing instruments, helping you relax, release and reconnect with yourself.
Everything is provided, including yoga mats, cushions, blankets and eye masks; simply arrive as you are.
