About this Event
A Guided Experience for Women
What if the woman you're working so hard to become is already within you?
As we approach a new year, there's often a lot of pressure to set bigger goals, build better habits, and become the "best version" of ourselves.
But what if, instead of spending another year trying to become someone different, you gave yourself the space to reconnect with who you already are — and explore what it would look like to start living like her?
Welcome to The Art of Becoming.
An intimate, 2.5-hour Guided Experience created for eight women who want to enter the new year feeling more connected to themselves, inspired by what's possible, and equipped with practical tools to bring their vision into everyday life.
This isn't your typical yoga or meditation class. It's not simply a journaling or vision board workshop.
It's a thoughtfully curated experience that blends movement, body awareness, breathwork, reflection, visualization, creativity, and meaningful connection.
Every element has a purpose: to help you slow down, understand yourself a little better, explore what matters to you, and begin translating those insights into action.
This experience is for you if…
- You have goals, ideas, and dreams for yourself but struggle to find the time or space to explore them.
- You're tired of making the same resolutions and want to approach the new year differently.
- You're often busy taking care of everything and everyone else, and want to make more intentional space for yourself.
- You want to feel more connected to your body, thoughts, and everyday choices.
- You love the idea of personal growth but want practical tools, not another overwhelming to-do list.
- You're craving an opportunity to be creative, reflect, and connect with other women.
You don't need to have your goals figured out. You don't need experience with journaling, breathwork, or visualization.
Just come as you are.
What you'll experience
01 | Arrive & Reconnect
Step away from the demands of everyday life and settle into a welcoming, thoughtfully prepared space. Through gentle grounding, movement, and guided breathwork, we'll begin by bringing awareness to the body and creating room to be present.
02 | Reflect & Understand
Through guided journaling and thoughtful prompts, we'll explore the patterns, priorities, and experiences that have shaped your year. What has supported you? What has been taking up your energy? What would you like to make more room for?
03 | Envision & Create
Give yourself permission to dream.
Through guided visualization, you'll be invited to imagine yourself already living with the qualities, intentions, and priorities that matter most to you.
Then, we'll bring those ideas to life through a creative, personalized vision board — a visual reminder of what you're choosing to move toward.
04 | Integrate & Take Action
A vision is meaningful, but what happens afterward matters, too.
We'll finish by exploring how to bring your intentions into everyday life through realistic actions, repeatable practices, and tools you can return to long after the experience ends.

Dr. Claire Bacareza | Chiropractor, Coach, Facilitator, & Educator
With a background in chiropractic care, kinesiology, neurofunctional acupuncture, and movement education, Dr. Claire brings a whole-system perspective to health and well-being.
Through years of clinical practice and conversations in the treatment room, she's seen how closely physical health is connected to stress, lifestyle, habits, personal goals, and the demands of everyday life.
Those conversations inspired her to create something beyond the traditional clinical appointment.
Her Guided Experiences bring together professional education, movement, self-awareness, and reflection in a welcoming environment where participants can explore their health and personal growth in a more connected and meaningful way.
