About this Event

What does the American Dream look like today? Join an exclusive community discussion ahead of America’s 250th Anniversary (1776–2026), presented by the Directors Guild of America and McCourt Entertainment.

LIMITED SEATS AVAILABLE. Featured in Deadline and Variety, AMERIGO: The Search for the American Dream—releasing on PBS stations Summer 2026—captures over 1,000 voices from all 50 states, exploring resilience, opportunity, and the immigrant spirit shaping the nation’s future.

Experience a special 30-minute AMERIGO screening, followed by an intimate, moderated conversation led by David McCourt, Emmy Award-winning Producer and Narrator of AMERIGO.

The discussion will feature Secretary Hillary Clinton—whose lifetime of leadership has shaped global conversations on democracy and progress; Ian Bremmer, political scientist, president and founder of Eurasia Group and GZERO Media, renowned for his insights on global risk and geopolitical change; and Chuck D, co-founder of Public Enemy, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and cultural icon.

Together, they will explore America’s evolving role in the world and reflect on the aspirations, challenges, and opportunities defining this historic moment.

Key Themes:

  • Reimagining the American Dream for the 21st century
