This immersive experience blends the wisdom of Bach Flower Essences, intentional reflection, Reiki energy, and therapeutic sound to support emotional balance, deep relaxation, and renewal.
We’ll begin with a brief introduction to Bach Flower Essences as you create a personalized blend to take home. After setting an intention for what you’re ready to invite in, nurture, or release, you’ll settle into a restorative 60-minute Reiki-infused Sound Bath designed to soothe the nervous system and restore harmony within.
