About this Event
Mini Awakenings happen throughout life. We come to a realisation, then we integrate what we learn and essentially level up, shedding more of what doesn’t serve our greatest qualities. What does that actually mean?
So much of our character can often be built around fear and societal expectations of us. What would it feel like to no longer be ruled by fear?
Through liberation, we not only find a newfound confidence; it is also an invitation to find deeper levels of humility and gratitude. The humility to know that wisdom is infinite and that we will forever be learning.
The dissolution of the false self and the illusion of separation is what draws us into a deeper love and gratitude for the Divine.
“The Alchemical Night" is an opportunity to shed another layer, to experience a deeper awakening of the true self and come back to life feeling renewed.
Through breath, movement, vision, witness, and circle, we move through the alchemy of transformation.
These practices have been carried through cultures and traditions for centuries — not as trends, but as ways of regulating the nervous system, opening the heart, building connection, creating meaningful change and tapping into the wisdom of our body.
In a modern world that often pulls us away from ourselves, this night is an invitation to return.
Throughout the night we will journey through:
• Sufi Breathwork
Embodiment practices
• sufi whirling
Guided Visualisation
• Creative Reflection
• Guided visualization
Creative reflection
Time for silence rest and integration
Held throughout the night, this experience allows participants to step more fully beyond the pace of everyday life. Through extended practices of movement, whirling, meditation, and ceremony, space is created for deeper reflection, presence, insight, and connection with the self, with practices such as Sufi whirling offering the potential to enter deeper meditative and trance-like states of awareness.
The event is 6pm-6am.
During The Alchemical Night, all of our guided practices, whirling and shared experiences will take place in the centre of the main space.
The edges of the room will be kept as a place for you to leave your belongings and create a little resting space for yourself. As we will be journeying together throughout the night, you are very welcome to bring a sleeping bag, blanket or anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable during quieter moments.
Food and refreshments will be served upstairs, allowing the main space to remain dedicated to our practices, movement and rest throughout the night.
