Everyone has an AI tip for sales. Few people have sat down and built the whole thing, start to finish, next to people doing the same. On November 5, we're running a free, hands-on workshop in Boston. You build an AI-powered outbound campaign from scratch, then send 10 real emails before you leave the room.
There's no code and no demo from the stage. You work in plain language with an AI assistant while Heath Barnett, Jed Mahrle and the whole Sell Better Team walk the room through each step, and coaches sit at the tables to help you get unstuck.
You'll leave with a fully built outbound process, actual messages sent, and a repeatable process for booking more qualified meetings.
What you'll build
1. Your campaign: what you sell, and who you want a meeting with
2. Your ideal customer profile: described in plain language, with lookalikes
3. A target list: narrowed to the 10 you'll reach out to
4. A real reason to reach out to each one: using signals and triggers
5. A short first email and a follow-up: written with human and AI elements
6. A last-mile check on every address before anything sends
7. Your campaign loaded into a sending tool, with 10 real emails sent
8. A review loop, so your next campaign starts smarter than your first
Then the fun part
The afternoon ends with a team challenge. Every team gets the same surprise product and the same clock. We score the results live, hand out prizes, and give shoutouts to the people who earned them.
Who this is for
Founders, owners, startup teams, professional sellers, sales leaders, and account managers. You've started using AI and you're ready to put it to real work.
You don't need to code. You just need to be curious, willing to work alongside the people at your table, and ready to bring what you learn back to your team.
Before you arrive (required)
This is a working session, so setup happens before the day. After you register, you'll get a short checklist. You'll create your tool accounts, with free access provided, and fill out a one-page worksheet on what you sell and who you sell to. Once you've finished, confirm you're ready and your seat is held. If you can't finish in time, we'll move you to a future event so the room stays moving.
Optional setup sessions will be available if you want help getting ready.
