The Risks of Nuclear War in the Early 1980s

Tensions between the United States and the Soviet Union in the early 1980s were greater than at any time since the Cuban missile crisis of 1962. This seminar will focus on a newly published book by Michael Dobbs looking back on events that transpired during the first administration of President Ronald Reagan.
