About this Event

ADHD & The Female Body: Nutrition, Nervous System & You

We’re so excited to host this supportive, in-person workshop designed especially for women navigating ADHD — whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply suspect you might.

ADHD isn’t just about focus or organisation. It can affect energy, mood, stress resilience, sleep, hormones, and even how your body responds to food. Many women are only just beginning to realise that their body may need a different kind of support.

In this practical and empowering session, we’ll explore what we call “the ADHD body” — and how nutrition can work with your brain, not against it.

You’ll learn:

✨ What we mean by “the ADHD body”
✨ Why blood sugar balance and protein are foundational
✨ Simple, realistic foods to prioritise
✨ Why restrictive diets often worsen symptoms
✨ Practical strategies you can use immediately
✨ An introduction to Nutrigenomics — how your genes may influence how you respond to nutrients, and how to eat in a way that supports your unique biology

This isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about understanding your body, reducing overwhelm, and finding nourishment that feels supportive and sustainable.

Expect a warm, welcoming Green Nut Community space, thoughtful discussion, and practical tools you can take home with you.
