Spend a Saturday resetting your body and mind with us in Des Moines!Our 1-Day Reset is the gentle way to experience fasting, fully supported and stress-free. In one day, 10:00 to 3:30, you will move through all of it: infrared sauna, red light, BEMER, the oxygen bar, a guided yoga and meditation session, breathwork, and a relaxed education session on fasting with plenty of time for your questions. Think of it as a spa day for your whole body, with a gentle mini fast built in and a break-fast together at the end.
We keep the group small so the day stays personal, and it is even better with people you love. Grab a friend or two and make a fun day date of it.
