SOMETHING SPOOKY
The Bay Area Premiere of Jon Schnitzer's Award-Winning Paranormal Comedy!
Terror Vault and The Living Earth Show are thrilled to present the Bay Area Premiere of Something Spooky, the hilarious, hair-raising, and surprisingly heartwarming supernatural comedy from acclaimed filmmaker, comedian, and master storyteller Jon Schnitzer, director of the cult-favorite horror documentary Haunters: The Art of the Scare.
Fresh off sold-out performances in Los Angeles and its Off-Broadway premiere in New York City, Something Spooky invites audiences into a world of real-life ghost stories, unexplained family mysteries, and things that go bump in the night. What begins with the story of Schnitzer's grandmother and her childhood imaginary friend, who may not have been imaginary at all, becomes a wildly entertaining journey into the paranormal that will have you laughing one minute and getting goosebumps the next.
Blending intimate storytelling, comedy, theatrical scares, and an original supernatural soundscape by composer Alexander Burke (David Lynch, Dead Man's Bones), Something Spooky is a genre-bending theatrical experience that proves the best ghost stories can be as touching as they are terrifying.
"Schnitzer is a master storyteller, weaving horror and comedy together."
