Terpene Treks: Saving Shells at the Summit 🐢🌿
Join RxMaryJade & Collective Beleaf in Lambertville, NJ for an easy, approximately 2-mile hike through the woods with beautiful scenic views and good community energy.
This trek is about more than getting outside together! We're hiking to support nearly 200 turtles rescued after being abandoned and dumped in Cranford, NJ.
The turtles were taken in by the Mercer County Wildlife Center, where many have required medical evaluations, X-rays, treatment, specialized housing, food, disease and genetic testing, and ongoing rehabilitation. Some of the more seriously ill turtles and non-native species have also required additional specialized care.
With such a large number of animals arriving at once, the rescue has created a major need for additional resources to support their recovery and long-term care.
🐢 $10 Donation to Join 100% of proceeds will be donated to Wildlife Center Friends to support the turtle rescue effort.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring water, comfortable hiking shoes, bug spray and sunscreen. Dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to carry out anything you bring onto the trail. Most importantly, bring good energy. 💚
