We’re back! Kick off the new season with FLO° HAUS and join us for our weekly class.
Whether it’s your first time or you’ve danced with us before, this is the perfect chance to discover or rediscover the FLO° HAUS experience and see if it’s your flow.

Join FLO° HAUS for a 60-minute high-energy class featuring:
30 minutes of Zumba
30 minutes of Afro-Latin Cardio
Dance to the sounds of Afrobeat, Salsa, Merengue, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Amapiano and more in a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
All ages, All levels! Everyone is welcome
No dance experience needed. Come solo or bring a friend and experience a workout that feels more like a party.
