- Peadar
Convenors: Paul Doran (Co-Founder, 10x9) with Mark Harte, QUB Oifigeach Tacaíochta Teanga.
We are actively looking for nine volunteers and you can tell your story in English, Irish or both. Well known comedian, Nuala McKeever, will be presenting one of the stories.
Tenx9 co-founder Paul Doran writes: ' Tenx9 is a night for ordinary people to tell true stories of their life - not fiction, not fable...We love stories and we love real stories. It’s wonderful, after a night of Tenx9, to realise how easy it is to remember a real story. We know that lots of people, following a Tenx9 night talk with each other about the stories they particularly remember, the surprises, the sad endings, the funny bits…'You can submit your story idea today to Peter Doran [[email protected]] after reading the guidelines here.
Proposals should reach us by midday on 30th October. If you are planning to submit a story in Irish you can contact Mark Harte [[email protected]].
