Talks & Workshops
Including:
10.00am – What Can Creative Writing Offer to Children & Families? Places for this workshop are £10.50 for one adult and one child attending together (£6.50 for each additional adult, £4.50 for each additional child per family group.
11.00am to 11.45am – Starting Your Writing for Wellbeing Journey Places are £7.50.
12.30pm to 1.30pm – The Business of Self-Publishing – Workshop with writer Elizabeth Ducie. Places are £5.50 per person.
12.45pm to 1.30pm – The Dittos of Dawlish - FREE Talk
1.00pm to 1.45pm – Ed Buckingham – Author of Autobiography ‘7 Summits‘, Adventurer Ed is known for climbing the highest mountains on each of the 7 continents. Tickets for his motivational and inspiring talk are £5.50.

4pm - LOCAL HEROES (Local Authors)
An opportunity to hear from a panel of successful authors, all based in Devon or Cornwall, who will be speaking about the following books:
Eva Glyn – ‘The Dubrovnik Book Club’ and ‘The Croation Island Library’
Stephanie Austin – ‘A Dartmoor Christmas Card Murder’
Jonathan Posner – ‘The Broken Sword’
Felice Hardy – ‘The Tennis Champion who Escaped the Nazis’
5.30pm - ANOTHER TIME, ANOTHER PLACE…
A chance to hear from a group of successful authors about their latest novels from an eclectic range of genres including wartime sagas, historical fiction, crime, and speculative thrillers.
Authors on this panel, with the title of their latest novel, are:

7.00pm - CRIME AND THRILLERS
An exciting group of Authors will be here to talk about their latest Thriller! Attending this panel, with the title of the latest novel they will be discussing, are:

A.A. Chaudhuri – ‘The Home Swap’
Sarah Clarke – ‘Someone in the Water’ and, writing as Liane Child – ‘Someone Just Followed You’
Simon Toyne – ‘Dead Water’
All Author Panels will be taking place in the Auditorium.
