About this Event
🌺Join us for a relaxed afternoon inspired by the spirit of Hanuman Maui and the teachings of Ram Dass.
🌊We'll gather by the sea for a mindful beach walk, taking time to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy meaningful conversation in good company. Afterwards, we'll share a simple community veggie and vegan potluck picnic together.
This is an opportunity to experience satsang beyond four walls- to practise presence, kindness, service, and connection while enjoying the beauty of the North East coastline.
Expect:
🌿 A gentle mindful beach walk (around 30-40 mins)
🌊 Reflections inspired by Ram Dass and Hanuman
