USDD Teen Street Dance Classes – Elephant & Castle | Ages 12–18
Street Dance training for teenagers aged 12–18 in Elephant & Castle, Southwark.
Join USDD Networks for weekly youth Street Dance sessions designed for young people who want to improve their dance skills, build confidence, express themselves and become part of a creative dance community.
Whether you're completely new to dance, already attend classes or spend your time learning choreography and freestyling at home, all abilities are welcome.
What will you learn?
USDD introduces young dancers to Street Dance and cultural dance styles, with training inspired by:
Hip-Hop • Popping • Breaking • Afro Dance • Freestyle • Choreography
Sessions can include foundations, technique, choreography, freestyle, musicality, creative challenges and performance training.
But USDD isn't just about copying routines.
We want young dancers to understand how to dance, learn about the cultures behind the styles, develop confidence in freestyle and gradually discover their own identity and movement style.
Who can join?
Ages: 12–18 years
Level: Beginners to experienced dancers
Area: Elephant & Castle / Walworth / Southwark, London
Programme: Weekly Street Dance training
New students can book a £5 trial class before deciding whether they would like to continue with the programme.
More Than Dance
USDD is about developing the person as well as the dancer.
Through training, young people are encouraged to:
Build confidence • Develop their own style • Improve technique • Freestyle • Be creative • Make friends • Challenge themselves
As dancers progress, there can also be opportunities to participate in USDD performances, showcases, battles, workshops and events.

USDD provides a space where teenagers can meet other young people interested in dance, music, movement and creativity.
You don't have to already consider yourself a dancer to join.
