The vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and social with good music, snacks, freestyle movement, and space to connect with others while exploring aerial arts and acrobatic flow in a low pressure environment. Each Hang Time features a beginner to intermediate featured skill on aerial apparatuses or floor movement, along with guided exploration, open flow time, and opportunities to build confidence, creativity, and community. Not a traditional class. More like a movement based social experience.
