A heart-led tea ceremony with botanical blends that help bring our minds back into coherence with our hearts, bodies and souls.
About this Event

Calling Our Minds Back Home to Our Hearts

Sometimes we live solely from our mind. Thoughts loop, judgements form, stories strengthen and our projections shape things: how we relate, how we speak, how we see ourselves, and the world around us, and how we carry stresses, control and anxieties.

Forcing our thoughts into silence or trying to "fix" our minds may only help momentarily.

What we often require are sustainable ways to calling our minds back into coherence with our hearts and souls. We do this within the container of Ceremony with those who embody this best — our botanical allies!

Botanical Allies

The Plant World excels at relational intelligence (and many other types too). By nature, they sense, repond, adapt, relate, sprout, grow, die, thrive and co-exist with other species in peaceful and abundant ways, without resistance.

Sitting in Ceremony with them, we remember that same intelligence within ourselves, and can learn to turn-on the neuro-pathways that return us to a harmonic state (even for a little while) where our mind, body, and heart are not in conflict, but in easy coherence.

Tea- blends are crafted to:

  • ground and settle the mind
  • create space between thought, emotion and reaction
  • support clarity and discernment
  • gently open pathways for new perspectives

Astro-Timing: Why a Tea Ceremony for the Mental Body Now?

The Uranus in Gemini transit occurs on April 25th.

In astro-herbalism the Gemini archetype covers aspects of the mind, wind/ air, perception, duality, communication, technology, amongst other things. The energetic of the planet Uranus tends to feel randon, unplanned and unexpected. Though it usually points to where we are already wobbly in our inner landscape, Uranus transits can feel shocking and de-stablizing to our sense of identity.

This Ceremony is designed to work with these energies, and allow space for us to renew our relationship with our minds/ mental bodies, that is in union with our hearts, bodies, and soul. It is for those of us who seek a renewed relationship with our mental bodies and expression, without compromising another part of ourselves.

Using the astro-herbalism framework, we sync up with herbs that can support us through the changeable and bewildering Uranus in Gemini transit.
