Do you love cheese? Do you REALLY love cheese?

It's time to MAX your love for cheese. Take a deep dive with us into "milk's leap toward immortality," as John Updike, poet and cheese lover, said.

We'll start by looking at exactly how cheese is made (and how you can make it at home!). Then we'll look at the different ways to classify, sort, and identify cheese, and explore - and taste! - a variety of cheeses from the USA and around the world.

Water and soda will be provided. Feel free to bring your own beverages (white wine recommended).
