The first session examines the implementation status and practical experience of the Global Minimum Tax in each jurisdiction, and what the differences between them mean for groups headquartered or holding regional operations in Singapore. The second session surveys key recent changes in tax law, practice and administration across the three jurisdictions, and their implications for cross-border business. The third session addresses audit, transfer pricing and controversy, covering where revenue authorities are focusing their attention, current risk areas, and the dispute resolution options available in each jurisdiction.
