We’ll begin by grounding into our bodies and the elements through breath, vocal toning, and meditation, settling the nervous system and cultivating a felt sense of safety, presence, and belonging
🌹Self-Love + Adornment Ritual
An invitation to adorn yourself as a ritual of devotional love, and establish self-love as the foundation from which you move through life
👑Sacred Sisterhood + Goddess Ceremony
We’ll explore embodied truth, authentic expression, reclaimed sensuality, innocence, and sovereignty. Each woman will be invited into the center of the circle to be held, witnessed, adorned, and honored by her sisters in prayer and loving presence
❤️Inner Child Healing Ritual
Bring a small object that represents your childhood self, like a photo, item from childhood, or item that reminds you of something your childhood self loved. Together, we’ll offer compassion, forgiveness, and love to the many versions of ourselves we’ve been, and begin restoring our relationship with the parts of us we've rejected or abandoned
🍓Fruit Feast + Offering to the Land
We’ll close with a delicious fruit feast, an offering to the land and ocean, and unstructured time to simply connect, laugh, share, and be together
