🌕 Sunday 25th October | 11am–12.15pm 🌕Staplegrove Village Hall, Taunton
As autumn deepens, ease the tension of the full moon and join me for a morning of deep relaxation and restoration. An opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, release tension and settle into stillness.
Held within the rich vibrations of symphonic and planetary gongs, woven with the soulful sounds of the Native American flute, stillness and silence, this is a space to simply receive. A chance for body, mind and nervous system to soften into deep rest.
No experience is needed — only a willingness to slow down.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
Afterwards, we'll gather for a gently spiced tea and a homemade treat before stepping back into the day.
£18 per person
Advance booking is appreciated.

"Alexandra is a highly experienced, sensitive and intuitive practitioner. We had never experienced a gong bath before and this was an amazing day. We came away feeling completely relaxed and 'in tune'. It is extremely healing and beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone, for any reason."
A few notes...
Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone, including those recovering from recent major surgery, people with epilepsy or seizures, or those extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear hearing aids, please switch them off during the session. If you have any concerns about whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please consult your healthcare professional before booking.
