Each course is paired with a beverage and inspired by the plants, fruits, and flavours that existed alongside the dinosaurs, bringing a taste of a long-lost world to the table.
During the evening, you’ll also be invited to explore the Dinosaurs: Surviving Extinction exhibition. It's a rare pairing of fine dining and deep time, staged for one evening only in our immersive Beautiful Science Gallery.
