About this Event
Join us at The Seaside Siblinghood Winter Solstice Craft Fair for a special one-off workshop. You'll find us in the back room, but arrive early to browse the stalls first. If you love tarot, you'll love what they're selling.
Forget the fortune-telling myths. This workshop isn't about predicting doom or summoning mystery. It's about using tarot as a genuinely useful tool for clarity, decision-making and self-reflection that you'll have for life.
In this hands-on 2-hour workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of tarot reading in a way that's practical, down-to-earth and easy to grasp, whether you're spiritually curious, drawn to the psychology and symbolism, or just fancy learning something new this Christmas. Complete beginners are very welcome, and no experience is needed.
Already read the cards? Come along to add a new spread to your repertoire, see how numerology can deepen your readings, and spend an afternoon swapping insights with other like-minded people. It's a rare chance to read with new people and see how others approach the cards.
You'll practise reading in pairs to build your confidence, then complete your own Year Ahead spread: one card for every month of 2027, plus a personal year card calculated from your birthday using numerology. You'll leave with a full year's reading in your hands and the skills to read for yourself whenever you need a bit of guidance or perspective.
Think of it less as fortune-telling and more as a mirror for your own intuition, a way to check in with yourself, ask better questions and feel more grounded in the choices ahead.
Perfect as a gift to yourself, or the start of a new ritual for the new year.
Bring a tarot deck if you have one, but cards will be provided. You may also want to bring a bottle of water with you.
