Awaken the Wild is an invitation to explore sxual wholeness through the awakening of your primal sxuality — the raw, embodied, instinctive part of you that exists beneath social conditioning, shame and the need to control. Primal s*xuality is not about performing or being someone you are not. It is about reconnecting with the intelligence of your body, your sensations, your impulses and your natural erotic energy. Through breath, movement, sound, embodiment and conscious exploration, you’ll be invited to soften the voice of the inner critic and experience what becomes possible when you allow yourself to feel more deeply, move more freely and express more authentically.
