This immersive experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore a more conscious way of relating - to your body, your emotions, your boundaries, yourself and others.
🌸 WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE
Throughout the day, we'll journey through a blend of classical Tantric wisdom and experiential practices, including:
• Conscious breathing and meditation
• Somatic movement and embodied awareness
• Partnered practices and conscious connection
• Authentic relating and communication
• Exploring boundaries, consent and giving & receiving
• Practices for quieting the mind and becoming more present
• Understanding emotional patterns and how they live in the body
• Sharing and integration
• Simple Tantric practices you can bring into everyday life
This is an invitation to experience awareness, aliveness and connection for yourself.
