TANGO PRACTICA – Most THURSDAYs IN TRURO DM to check
A regular space to practise, supported by classes.
At the heart of Argentine Tango is the practica.
The practica is where we integrate what we learn in classes into our dancing, develop our technique and musicality, and prepare for the milonga.
This is not an evening of social dancing, but a dedicated space for practice.
You can work on your own or with a partner, exploring particular movements, techniques, musical interpretation and the connection between dancers.
Some sessions will be guided, while others will offer space for independent practice. The practica will also be supported by classes with house teachers and visiting maestros.
All levels are welcome, from beginners attending courses to advanced dancers. No partner is necessary, and we encourage everyone to explore both leading and following.
Our aim is to establish a regular, supportive practice space where dancers can develop their skills together.
This is a subscription practice, not a drop-in event, encouraging a regular commitment to practice.
