About this Event

The next Talk, Drum & Self-Love Jam Session takes place every Saturday from 18 October 2025. Join us for these magical conversational, grounding and drumming experiences where we use drums, thoughts and words to dissolve stress, boost creativity, heal, celebrate and gain greater happiness and freedom.

If you are stressed, burned out or overworked. If you want to switch off from the outer chaos, have fun, create and effectively raise your happiness then this is for you.

At these one of a kind spaces you will discover that learning has never been such fun as you build upon your listening, emotional, social, memory, focus, playing and overall cognitive skills. Grow at your own pace as we explore our thoughts, feelings and habits and indulge in the self-love and self-care that we need. Here is where you can be seen, heard and validated.

According to studies and research, stress is the cause of over 90% of diseases. The positive news is that you can draw on a rich tradition of fun and healing through regular drumming which has mental, physical and spiritual benefits, some of which, include:

  • Dissolves stress
  • Creates happiness
  • Boosts creativity
  • Combats anxiety
  • Eases chronic pain
  • Aids in relaxation and concentration
  • Clears blockages and old patterns

You will also:

  • Reclaim or develop a coherent, empowered, healthy sense of self

Drums are provided on first come, first served basis. You are also welcom to bring along your own drum.

Date: Saturdays from 18 October 2025 till Saturday 29 November 2025

Time: 4pm till 6pm
Cost: £15.00 per session
This unique experience is facilitated by Percussionist/Sound Healer/Workshop Director, Funmilola who holds space to tune, balance and re-align to vitality and joy.
