Learn and practice the ancient Chinese exercise forms of Tai Chi and Qigong with Gail at The Bay. Tai Chi and Qigong are often referred to as “moving meditation” as they allow each individual to detach from the stress of daily life. These forms are also referred to as “moving medication” as they benefit the entire body and mind.
About Gail Pettit
Gail is a Level 3 Graduate and Certified Teacher of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi with over a decade of experience teaching in Sarasota. She loves to help build community while teaching movement for health, vitality, and inner peace.
