🍁 On October 31, from 11:00 to 17:00, Lumos invites you to a unique synthesis workshop of Systemic Constellations and Virginia Satir's psychodramatic method, "Parts Party," led by Systemic Constellations facilitator Moksha Feikari.
✨ What awaits you during the workshop?
Many different parts live within us: one tries to move forward, the second protects us, the third controls, the fourth gets angry, the fifth seeks love, and the sixth longs for freedom.
⭐ Virginia Satir's "Parts Party" is a method of working through play, movement, and psychodrama that helps us see, understand, and integrate these inner parts.
How will the workshop proceed?
During the workshop, each participant chooses several inner parts-both attractive and less desirable ones. Each part is assigned its own name, quality, phrase, gesture, and manner of movement.
It is important that we name these parts after famous personalities, mythical beings, or fairytale characters-for example, actors, writers, historical figures, or archetypal heroes.
We do not choose people who know us personally: family members, friends, colleagues, or loved ones. This makes the process safer, more symbolic, and more liberating.
Group members bring these parts to life as "party guests."
At the workshop, we will work with the inner parts that currently have the strongest influence on our lives. This can be explored by asking questions such as:
Which part makes decisions within you?
✨ Which part is holding you back from moving forward?
✨ Which part is demanding attention?
✨ Which part stayed behind in childhood?
✨ Which part holds your power, but you have not yet fully realized it?
✨ What benefits will you gain by participating in the workshop?
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to see your inner parts, understand their messages, and begin integrating them into a more whole, peaceful, and resourceful state.
✨ What should you keep in mind before the workshop?
👝 You can bring small masquerade-style accessories: scarves, hats, masks, glasses, gloves, jewelry, capes, colorful fabrics, ribbons, feathers, or small symbolic items—a book, mirror, fan, cane, flower, crown, and more.
These accessories will help you express your inner parts more vividly, which may be represented as famous personalities, mythical beings, fairytale heroes, or archetypal figures.
