Urban Kiz Essentials is our weekly fundamentals programme running every Monday, 7–9pm at Hone Movement Studios. Two levels run in parallel, so whether you’re brand new or ready to go deeper, there’s a place for you.
Level I — Building Blocks (Beginners)

New to urban kiz? This is your perfect starting point. Learn the core techniques, footwork, body movement and partner connection in a structured, welcoming environment. No experience or partner needed.

Level II — The Flow of Synchrony (Improvers)

Take your fundamentals to the next level. This class deepens your understanding of lead and follow technique, introduces more complex movements, and teaches you the skills that make your social dancing feel effortless.

Who teaches?
Level I is taught by one of our resident teachers at The Next Level, London's new home for progressive urban kiz classes.
Level II is taught by Prince and Vicky - co-founders of The Next Level, with 10 years of experience in urban kiz and semi-finalists in Battle Kizz World Finals '25.
Our aim at The Next Level is to help dancers like you move beautifully with connection, musicality and joy.
