SYMBIOTIKKA x DELGALLERIA: Berlin Club Culture and Queer Art Come together again in Helsinki on December 5Sex positive party | Best Berlin and Finnish techno | Play Room | Awareness Team
When radical self-expression, avant-garde techno, and queer art come together, space is created for genuine transformation: The renowned Berlin event series SYMBIOTIKKA, internationally known for its home at the legendary KitKatClub, will come again to Helsinki for the next extraordinary collaboration. In close partnership with the Finnish art and culture platform Delgalleria, club culture, performance, and visual art will merge into a multifaceted symbiosis.
The evening centers on the concept of symbiosis, the productive, creative interplay of different identities, media, and scenes. Inspired by the celebrated Berlin special event SYMBIOTIKKA GODDESSES, which has been playfully deconstructing gender roles for years, the Helsinki edition expands this approach by building a curatorial bridge to the visual arts.
In collaboration with Delgalleria, a multidimensional total work of art is taking shape: alongside hypnotic soundscapes by international and local acts, the gallery presents works and performances by male, queer, and FLINTA* artists.
Diversity in Action: The night breaks down binary gender roles. Whether feminine forms of expression, masculine elegance, or queer extravagance—guests and artists alike are invited to understand identity as a fluid spectrum.
Art Meets Rave: Spatial installations, live performances, and visual art from Delgalleria resonate with the driving rhythms of electronic music.
Radical Freedom: A strict commitment to respect, body positivity, and mutual mindfulness forms the foundation for a prejudice-free community.
Dress Code & Community
Guests are encouraged to challenge boundaries through fashion-forward self-expression: from kink and fetish to expressive fantasy outfits and deconstructed gender styles. SYMBIOTIKKA x Delgalleria is not an elitist circle, but an inclusive, forward-thinking experience for all genders, orientations, and free spirits.
