Wear clothes you can move easily in. Your comfiest tennis shoes are great! (As long as the soles aren't super sticky)
Please be clean and avoid fragrance. These dances are cardio, so we want everyone breathing easy. Bring a sweat rag &/or spare shirt, if you perspire a lot.
***SOLO DANCERS WELCOME!***
We rotate partners in the lesson, so you can meet and learn from the group. This is considered the fastest way to learn, for most.
***PARTNERS WELCOME!***
If you prefer to dance with a designated partner, we support that too. Just dance outside the rotation (the side/back of class).
