This one is for the piping girls. 🎂✨
Sweetheart Vintage is an intimate, technique-focused cake decorating masterclass designed to help you build confidence with one of the most beautiful elements of vintage cake design: piping.
Unlike our traditional Cake & Sip Experiences, this class puts the emphasis on learning and refining your decorating skills. Your cake will be provided already crumb coated and finished with a smooth final coat so we can spend our time where it matters — with a piping bag in our hands.
We’ll break down piping techniques step-by-step, practice working with different piping tips and patterns, and learn how to plan, space and apply those techniques to create a beautifully detailed vintage Lambeth-style cake.
You’ll leave with your own finished cake and techniques you can use again and again!
Your experience includes: guided piping instruction and practice, your own pre-frosted cake to decorate, all decorating tools and materials needed during class, charcuterie and wine, and a cake box to take your creation home.
This is a more intimate learning experience and is limited to just 16 guests.
Location - Sweetheart Vintage will be held at The Cake Studio by Daisy Baked It in Baltimore, MD.
Parking - There are two options for parking:
- There are two parking garages across from our studio on Water St. Ticket attendees are responsible for paying for their own parking.
- There is also street parking on S Calvert St and surrounding streets.
Adults Only - While we love the babies, this event is for adults only (21+). Please do not bring any children under the age of 21 or extra guests that are not ticketholders.
No ID = No Entry - All guests must present a valid ID to enter the Cake + Sip space. ID's will be checked at the entrance, and tickets will be scanned upon arrival. No ID = No Entry - this is strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
NO REFUNDS - Once tickets are purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is noted in the Eventbrite policy for this event.
