- 3-6pm: Open social event
💰 FREE - RSVP to claim your spot!
🧘 Bring your towel and water
Tessa Lewis and her team of Deaf instructors are bringing a feel-good mat pilates session made just for the deaf and hard of hearing community. Everything's led in ASL, so you can just show up, jump in, and enjoy the moment together with no barriers!
During the open social event, a cold plunge to cool off, a few fun challenges to enjoy, and free swag and prizes for everyone who joins in.
🎁 SURPRISE 🎁 Milanna Cafe and South Block will be there to serve FREE drinks and smoothies! Limited quantity!
Why are we doing this? Direct communication in fitness is something hearing people take for granted. Most Deaf and Hard of Hearing people don't get that in a workout class, so we built this one to be different: a fully Deaf-centered fitness experience, equal access from the first rep to the last.
RSVP and join us!
