Join The National Reentry Network for Returning Citizens for an interactive Circle Keeping Training designed to strengthen communication, build trust, and support meaningful community dialogue.
Participants will learn practical circle-keeping techniques that can be used to create safe and inclusive spaces for listening, accountability, healing, participation, and connection. The training will explore the role of a circle keeper, how to establish shared expectations, encourage respectful participation, guide difficult conversations, and help everyone feel heard.
Attendees can expect guided discussion, practical exercises, opportunities to participate in the circle process, and useful strategies that can be applied in community meetings, programs, workplaces, and other group settings.
