About this Event
Join us for a moderate (with some challenging sections of steps) 6.5-mile walk on the South West Coast Path from Babbacombe to Torquay Railway Station
This is a moderate walk following the South West Coast Path, including some challenging sections up and down flights of steps between Oddicombe, Babbacombe and then Meadfoot Beach and Daddyhole Plain
Meet at the Cliff Cafe in Babbacombe at 10am. There is space to park nearby for free, or in the St Marychurch Carpark. As this is a linear walk we are ending at Torquay railway station so onward, or return travel is possible (bus from seafront, or train)
We will walk at a gentle pace, with plently of stops for rest and a refreshment break half way through.
This walk is part of the SWCPA Coast Path Connectors Project, which develops sociable walking programmmes to connect people to the nature and heritage of the Coast Path for health and wellbeing benefits.
