Swap & Style Therapy

🗓Sunday, October 11, 2026

🕙 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

📍 Mixt Foodhall – Brentwood, MD

About This Event
We're closing out the Every Sunday is Mother's Day series the way it was meant to end — with intention, style, and community.
Swap & Style Therapy is part clothing swap, part personal style reset, and all joy. Whether you're looking to refresh your wardrobe, release what no longer serves you, or just spend a Sunday afternoon with your people — this one's for you.

 What's Happening

 👗 Clothing Swap
Bring pieces you no longer reach for. Leave with something you love. A clothing swap is one of the most joyful, sustainable ways to refresh your wardrobe — and this one comes with good company and a free mocktail.
New to clothing swaps? No worries — we'll walk you through exactly how it works.

✨ Style Therapy™ with Sam
We're bringing in Sam, a personal stylist who specializes in helping you reconnect with yourself through how you dress.

The session includes:
A 30-minute group Style Therapy™ demo — an introduction to the practice and how style connects to identity, confidence, and wellness
10-minute 1:1 Style Therapy™ sessions available for individual participants

Want a full 1:1 Style Therapy™ experience beyond today's session? This event is your chance to experience her work firsthand and connect with her directly.
