SPEAKER - Rachel LeyAs a public speaking and performance coach, Rachel’s purpose is to help you feel better about speaking 'out loud', for presentations, pitches and life in general.
Learning about her voice from an early age has helped Rachel, not only to show up well, perform or present, but most particularly when the going in life has gotten tough, and when natural biological changes occurred.
Rachel believes that as we age, we are encouraged to look after our bodies and minds, but no one talks about how effective working on our voice can be too. Whether you feel diminished, struggle with confidence or imposter syndrome, then voice work can help.
Her workshops help you to build on your presence and impact, developing your confidence and poise as you do so.

TOPIC - Finding Your Voice For Life And Work
Have you ever felt your confidence vanish the moment you're asked to speak out loud?
Maybe you've noticed you can't command a room the way you once did. Or that everyone around you seems to instinctively know what to say, and when to say it, while you're still searching for the words.
If any of that sounds familiar, this session is for you.
Because here's the thing: your voice isn't broken. It's buried. Life and work quietly impose habits on how we speak, breathe and hold ourselves, and those habits are hard to spot from the inside.
In this warm, practical and genuinely eye-opening session, Rachel will show you what's really going on in your body and mind when you speak, and how to work with it rather than against it.
You'll explore:
✨ Why confidence disappears the moment you open your mouth (and what's actually happening)
✨ The hidden habits holding your voice back
✨ Simple practices to reconnect with your natural vocal power
✨ How to speak so people listen, without pretending to be someone you're not
None of this is rocket science. But it is transformative. You'll leave with a better understanding of your own voice, practical tools you can use straight away, and the beginnings of what Rachel calls your vocal superpower.
Because the world needs to hear what you have to say. Out loud.

Tickets for our meetings are very affordable at only £15 per person. Members save £5 and pay only £10 for their tickets.
Socially Shared membership is optional, and you can choose to join if you feel that it is the right thing for you and your business. Although, many people do choose to become a member, as it's affordable with lots of benefits and cost savings.
Membership is for you as an individual and you do not belong to any one network area. This provides freedom, enabling you to attend as many meetings and events as you wish, without limitation.
We do not have a one seat policy, because we believe there is more than enough business to go around and there’s so much to learn from each other! Collaboration is something we champion too and this can be stifled by restricting representatives from any one sector.
Annual membership starts from only £149 and your membership can start at any point throughout the year. As a member you will have access to any network meeting and events that we host, at a discounted price.
