The Sun is synonymous with good health and long life. On the auspicious occasion of Uttarayana, the Sun begins its northward journey, and the days gradually become longer, brighter, and more energizing. To celebrate Makara Sankranti, on 15 January 2026, we will be performing 108 Surya Namaskaras (Sun Salutations) at our Bangalore centre in Girinagar.
We warmly invite you to join us in this sacred and energizing practice as we celebrate health, vitality, and the life-giving power of the Sun.
Let us welcome this auspicious transition with gratitude, strength, and renewed enthusiasm. 🌞🙏 #VKYIndia #VKYBangalore #AmrutaYogaKendra #VasudevaKriyaYoga #SuryaYajna #Suryathon #108SunSalutaiona #ShriRajendraYenkannamoole #Ph9740173506
