Join our SUP, Guided Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience at the Slomo Wellbeing Sauna & Cold Plunge at Hengistbury Head Outdoors.1030 - Launch Tuckton Tea Gardens for our free social paddle (Weather Dependent).
We'll paddle for about 2 hours, land at Hengistbury Head Outdoors for lunch (bring a packed lunch).
1230 - Lunch.
1300 - Guided Sauna and Cold plunge experience.
1500 - Paddle/drive back to Tuckton Tea Gardens.
The paddle is a FREE social paddle, you must be a confident paddleboarder, be able to paddle in windy & choppy conditions, own your own paddleboard equipment, and be able to self rescue.
Non Paddleboarders - you can meet us at 1230 for lunch and sauna only.
