About this Event
Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network proudly hosted its 2nd Frailty Conference on Friday 7th November at the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth. With an impressive turnout of 115 attendees, the day featured a wide range of expert speakers who delivered insightful presentations on the often-overlooked issue of frailty in younger people. The vibrant venue, excellent hospitality, and delicious food created the perfect atmosphere for learning, discussion, and collaboration across sectors. We are delighted with the success of this year’s event and look forward to welcoming everyone back for our 3rd conference on Friday 13th November 2026.
Frailty presents a growing challenge within primary care, requiring proactive, coordinated support to improve outcomes and quality of life. This conference brings together health and social care professionals to explore best practice in frailty management, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary working and the use of digital health interventions to identify and support people living with, or at risk of, frailty.
Join us to gain practical insights, share learning, and strengthen collaborative approaches that help reduce avoidable hospital admissions while improving patient outcomes and overall care experiences.
